Recorded video, write scripts, coordinate voice-over. Some videos were created using PowerPoints video creation options then enhanced and edited using Camtasia.• Created user documentation for asset tracking software for the utility operating companies. Software receives messages from different types of assets through an IoT gateway the distributes the information to the software and other destinations that use the software for compiling metrics. Worked closely with stakeholders, developers, and management to learn the software and its nuances. Also wrote the administration guide. Used Jira to add and track issues and requirements.
