Hands-on project leader managing a million-dollar software project, coaching and mentoring a team of program managers, Sr. project managers, a process manager, and a change manager within the Software Engineering group, as well as directing the software PMO.

• Reporting to the CEO of Arxspan, responsible for overseeing project management and coaching the business to achieve its strategic initiatives through the implementation and execution of best practices across all key functions. • Manage 15+ projects with a multi-million-dollar budget spontaneously by leading a cross-functional team of 30-50. • Key projects include new software releases, software performance improvement, application upgrade /refresh, feature enhancement, data migration (database, application, business process), application and system integration, Informatic workflow (AWS), system implementation and deployment, analytical workflow, BioDrive commercialization, vendor audit for Takeda, RFP response for Sanofi, SharePoint initiative, Process Improvement (including UAT workflow, Backlog grooming best practice, Azure DevOps ticket creation SOP, SOW template, vendor management, 3rd party collaboration, critical issue escalation), license management with corporate PMO, Service projects, and Marketing projects. (Arxspan was acquired by Bruker in 2019. It provides cloud-based scientific software and informatics solutions (SaaS) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. including ELN, Registration, Chemistry and biological Inventory, Assay, and BioDrive for molecular biology.)

• Responsible for the management and execution of the ~$50M analytical instrument / chemical identification device product development portfolio through formal stage-gate processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) /New Product Development (NPD). • Key projects include next-generation product development; a Low-Dose ID system platform, including software development, algorithm development, and hardware updates; sustaining programs for product upgrade and refresh; chemical identification partnership development with a 3rd party; price list SOP and best practices; global market expansion through line extension development; operational excellence and process improvement; Support portal website update and customer success.• Selected as one of the 3 winners of the CAD Shark Tank Pitch among 2000+ employees, drove $3M+ incremental revenue for three continuous quarters by leading a cross-divisional team of 30+ from Q4 2020 to Q2 2021 during the pandemic.

Responsibilities for the project planning and execution of NPD. • Played a key role in the establishment of the new business in Boston (Design and Engineering office) by setting project strategies, priorities, and action plans. • Oversaw the collaboration and communication of the US. Headquarters, Boston NPD office, Europe Design Offices, and China factories. • Served as the Single Point of Contact for key customers and led the company to become the #1 supplier for a nationally recognized client.Evenflo was acquired by Goodbaby International in 2014.

• Responsible for the success of program management for a ~$30M business by leading a global team of ~50 consisting R&D, Engineering, and China factories. Projects involved industrial design, supply chain, manufacture, Mechanical engineering, and Electronic engineering.• Established the project management infrastructure and framework from the ground up by creating the vision, developing objectives and strategies, and setting KPIs and standards. • Contributed to the 30%+ YoY business growth in North America.
