Planned International mission trips to Haiti and Nicaragua for teams ranging in size from 14 people to 32 people including purchasing airfare and arranging all necessary documents, organizing training meetings, handling payments, and organizing fundraisers. Part of the team that restructured our philanthropical trips to be intentional about meeting the needs of the people we serve in a larger, more empowering way. Organized a Women’s Event for 400 women including creating and managing the budget, handling speaker travel arrangements, implementing custom logos in swag bags and technology at the event, and utilizing 8 volunteer team leaders to manage over 50 volunteers on the day of the event. Planned local mission trips every eight weeks for 120 volunteers traveling to four different locations in the Houston area including signups, designating a team leader, assisting with orientation, ordering busses for each location, coordinating with locations for volunteer work, ordering all supplies for participants and organizations, maintained relationships with non-profit organizations in the Houston area. Organized a golf tournament for missions raising support through sponsors and doubled the funds raised in the first year with the same attendance and only changes to the sponsorship structure.
