Manage and deliver multiple development projects during various stages of the development and delivery life cycle, as well as hands-on management of technology, project teams and work-streams within in a large scale and cross-functional Technology environment. Provide overall direction and active management of the delivery organization and associated delivery activities. Communicate with Management, Resources and Project Managers.

Lead, Initiate, Monitor, Control and Close the development of new projects within target cost and schedule for an external customer in an outsourcing delivery environment. Monitor progress throughout the program life cycle, ensure target costs and project milestones are met.

Manage, oversee and coordinate the development and introduction of new products within target cost and schedule. Coordinate transfer of new and existing products from Canada Engineering to China Engineering and Operation site. Monitor activity transfers; procurement, electronic and mechanical design transfers

Manage; oversee all configuration management related activities associated with product portfolio. Interface with project management, engineering and manufacturing to manage and control product releases and maintain production build process
