As a Business Consulting Specialist, I was responsible for recruiting independent contractors, training and monitoring those contractors, and ensuring completion of our project deadlines.

Williams & Williams is a worldwide real estate auction company. In my five years with the company, I worked in several departments, gaining immeasureable experience along the way. As a Client Service Manager, I handled a large portfolio of properties for sale at auction from the time of listing to the closing of each individual transaction. I was responsible for ensuring timely receipt of listings, transferring those listings to our Sales team, monitoring each property individually during inspection, advertising, and through the entire auction process, including the closing. I worked with the clients on a daily basis to ensure their satisfaction with the auction experience. I had the opportunity to travel from the West Coast to New England to meet with sellers, attend live auction events, and share the auction philosophy.
