- Provide outsourced payroll services to clients.- Perform monthly payroll processing for Singapore clients, including pay adjustment, overtime, CPF contribution, NS make up pay, all allowances, deductions, leave of absence and all operations related to monthly pay-outs, reporting and ensure timely and accurate tax reporting at year end, ad hoc HR letter preparation, and ad hoc HR advisory on employee relations or payroll matters.- Fund management including check incoming and outgoing funds for Singapore bank accounts and upload bank files to bank portal for salary disbursements.- For internal HR, I need to provide daily operation support including recruitment, appointment and confirmation letters, and handle benefits administration. Ensure that all processes, guidelines and activities necessary to the administration of compensation benefits are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.- Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS regarding payroll matters. - Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time. - Writing Employee Handbook and SOP to simplify work process.- SAGE Easy, Timesoft, Justlogin for payroll processing.

- Provide full range support in HR duties including recruitment, appointment and confirmation letters, and orientation, coordination of all training and educational activities.- Perform monthly payroll processing including pay adjustment, overtime, CPF contribution, NS make up pay, all allowances, deductions, leave of absence and all operations related to monthly pay-outs, reporting and ensure timely and accurate tax reporting at year end.- Handle benefits administration including medical claims, leave records, etc. Ensure that all processes, guidelines and activities necessary to the administration of compensation benefits are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.- Experiences in ISO audits and certifications in order to help company achieve peak performances through an effective Quality Management System.- Application of work permits, S-Passes and E-Passes.- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.- Writing SOP to simplify work process- SAGE Easy for payroll processing.
