Salaried employment has always been in the non-profit sector and in this I have experience and expertise in senior management, strategy development and service improvement.I offer a demonstrable history of supporting individuals to improve their work and personal lives, helping those seeking strategic direction or change, an increase in confidence or wishing to find creative solutions. I am particularly keen to help people find balance, well being and their ‘right livelihood’. Specialising in the arts, health, environment and third sector, I am an excellent listener and communicator with strong relationship and partnership building skills. I am passionate about finding positive ways through the Polycrisis and helping us all develop resilience and the mind set for big changes already on their way to us, and the new paradigms we will need to survive.
