CurrentLead and facilitate advocacy and social impact strategies including the operations and initiatives as a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).Implement community development programs and projects to address the financial needs of underserved communities. Conduct research, identify funding opportunities, and develop strategies to promote economic development and access to capital for individuals and businesses in these communities. Facilitate collaboration and partnership opportunities to maximize the impact of CDFI work and ensure alignment with community needs. Develop and manage a strategic advocacy plan rooted in outreach, support, and education that advances the credit union’s work in the community.
