Perform inside and outside prospecting activities to identify qualified accounts for new business development. Develop a creative plan to generate leads through prospecting multiple sources, cold calling, in-person visits, and telephone and email campaigns Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, networking groups, professional organizations and the community in order to develop new business. Research and approach potential business customers Develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the needs of individual businesses. Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts Consistently close new business and develop new prospectsMaintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered and awareness of the competition, i.e. market share, pricing, services offered, etc. Complete all required Sales reports including pipeline activity and/or prospects for bids and proposals within assigned territory
