I develop rigorous, science-backed content on biology and medicine that is accessible to both laypeople and experts. I have a broad background, covering nutrition, physical activity, sleep and circadian physiology, and other elements of lifestyle medicine.I am the editor for all content on humanOS, including How-to Guides, Courses, and Programs, and was directly involved as lead on several courses, including Mediterranean Diet and How Much Exercise Do We Need. I also help extensively with preparation and post-publication of humanOS Radio, a podcast that interviews researchers on their work.For the site, I have published or contributed substantially to more than twenty blogs, more than thirty courses, fifteen How-to Guides, and 89 podcasts. I also operate a Twitter account with nearly 8,000 followers, where I post daily about relevant new research, and I have published more than 150 newsletters, which goes out weekly to around 8,000 subscribers.
