Manage finance & business operations for client accounts in the State & Local public sector business unit in areas such as revenue forecasting and cost management. Work with finance and account leadership to communicate and discuss profitability, sales pipeline, project management, and client-related issues. Collaborate closely with globally distributed, multi-functional teams to identify operational blind-spots and implement measures and processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risks related to account financials.

For a large, complex engagement with a Fortune 500 client, work with finance and account leadership to design and support both client-facing and internal operational processes, including contracts, financial and operational reporting, and project planning. Collaborate with globally distributed operations and delivery teams to resolve process inefficiencies, manage project data, and streamline reporting.

Oversee operations for a globally distributed research team, managing workflow, dashboarding and reporting, client communications, and vendor relations. Plan and conduct research projects, collaborating with client teams across the global organization and working with a variety of stakeholders to clarify research needs, advise on approach, and scope and carry out secondary and survey research projects.

Analyze and evaluate department workflow and responsibilities; strategize and implement measures to improve departmental effectiveness and to streamline processes; manage interdepartmental communications; and manage two direct reports.

Research and price wines for consignment; assist clients throughout the consignment process; track and process consignment data from inspection to sale; prepare catalogue content for production; and proofread marketing and sales communications.

Provide timely and courteous customer service to clients worldwide; schedule and monitor shipments of wine to ensure safe delivery; draft and polish warehouse communications; and reconcile shipping bills.
