Over the last 28 years I combined my technology and real estate background to become a seasoned Real Estate Development, Sales, and Marketing Professional who revolutionized multiple markets -- Spanning disciplines of market research, community planning, land acquisition, product development, sales organization development and execution. My diverse background allowed me to design residential communities and commercial developments that appeal to the most exacting customers whether they be domestic or international. I developed communities, product, and marketing campaigns that have proven highly effective in appealing to Buyers from all over the globe.As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, I was instrumental in establishing Lennar as one of the top residential home builders in the Atlanta Metro Area. I received many awards and recognition within the industry and was responsible for real estate transactions including leasehold and sale of properties in excess of $1 billion dollars.  My technology background came from 8 years of management in the business to business technology sector working with The Stibo Group an International Oracle based data management and product information solution. I was able to leverage my technology experience and integrate it with my real estate experience to capitalize on the ever-evolving development of technologies to become a leader in the construction and development industry. I worked with leading marketing strategist and creative groups all over the globe including Denmark, Europe, China, India and America.
