• Managed and administered over 400 statewide arts and cultural, discipline-based program grants each year in the categories of music, dance, community theater, and professional theater. • Reviewed and approved all grant applications for eligibility and compliance as per the Department of State guidelines, increasing the number of grants funded by 15% each year in my disciplines.• Developed strong relationships with clients statewide in order to understand their organizations’ true missions.
