For over 20 years, Ginny Grivas has lead two lives working in IT solution strategy & planning for major commercial & government entities & non-profit catering, event management & fundraising.Ginny has worked in the IT field, first as a database programmer in the late 90's & later in a sales/consultant role specializing in security solution selling & IT planning. She's worked extensively at the CIO & CISO levels of major commercial entities, non-profits, & Federal and State & Local Government Agency's assisting w/ the planning & maintenance of the 3 - 5 year IT vision.In 2003, Ginny recognized a need for assisting new technology manufacturers understand the process of doing business w/ Federal, State & Local entities. Innovative IT solutions were not receiving critical mindshare from public sector technology evaluators. Vinitech was formed w/ business partner & now husband, Nick Grivas, & today Vinitech prides itself in matching it's valued clients w/ cutting edge IT Security solutions. Ginny has since moved into a Chief Strategy role working w/ the CEO to broaden Vinitech's base through strategic marketing.In 2010 Ginny decided to apply her business talents to the world of non-profit event fundraising, raising funds in creative & unique ways for families batteling Childhood Cancer's devastating financial effects. She works w/ the Smashing Walnuts Foundation, dedicated to raising funds for targeted childhood brain cancer research, chairing two galas, raising much needed awareness & over $400,000 for the Foundation.Recently, Ginny combined her business strengths & love for event creation & management establishing MindSet Solutions, LLC - a marriage of business best practice application and out-of-the-box creative thinking for the food service industry. As CEO, Ginny works w/ venue, vendor & chef partners to create unique, repeatable & mutually beneficial dining programs which increase brand awareness, customer traffic, & ultimately, revenue.
