Ginny Lim is currently the Regional Head for Southeast Asia, Management Accounting, of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (The Association). The Association combines the strengths of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). In her current role, she is responsible for the synergistic and effective plan implementation of all strategic initiatives in the Southeast Asia region related to students and members growth. She ensures that all collaborative projects and processes impacting members, students, affiliates and employers are robust and fit for purpose. She is responsible for market development, performance analysis, forecasting,market income and special projects. Providing direct support to the Regional Vice President of Asia Pacific, Ginny ensures that resources are best used and outcomes are optimized through seamless synergy of the team she leads and the timely execution of plans and projects. Prior to joining the Association, Ginny has vast experience in the education industry where she focused on Malaysia and international markets covering North Asia (China & South Korea) and Central Asia.
