She possess expertise in budgets, interior design, furniture, customer service, leadership and 26 more skills. Though I look at our team as a work family, I'd like to recognize the efforts that our daughter, Ginny, has put towards our family firm. One oftentimes is hardest on their own, that's how we have nurtured and supported the entrepreneur spirit. Lots of family owned businesses require the other family members to cut their teeth in the industry before joining the firm.
