I am an experienced facilitator and coach who empowers leaders to be courageous and seek brave growth for themselves and their teams. I am passionate about helping people achieve their potential in whatever they are doing and am committed to creating highly inclusive programs that maximize the experience for participants working and learning from horses. Organizations, and the communities they are in, must work together to create change that positively impacts all stakeholders. This alignment can only come from partnerships built on an understanding of the opportunities that happen when working collaboratively. My work for the past 13 years has taken me all over the United States and abroad to work with mid-level to C-Suite leaders in support of developing their ability to execute visions that provide clarity, understanding, and agility to navigate through uncertainty. I am comfortable conversing and negotiating with constituents from across cultures, generations, and positions.I have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, a Master’s degree in Business Psychology, and am a Certified Advanced Practitioner and Master Trainer with the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A).
