At the age of 23, Gino along with his brother Marco founded De Pasquale Advertising. A fully integrated main-stream ad agency located in Brisbane. De Pasquale Advertising quickly became established as one of the most creative, strategic, and dynamic independent agencies in Australia. De Pasquale secured many large national and international clients – all of which Gino acted in the capacity of “lead strategic thinker”. Whilst De Pasquale was awarded many creative accolades by national and international industry groups, the core foundations of the agency was very simple: “when you understand what the customer is thinking, selling becomes easy.” No surprise that the agency also ran it’s own independent market research department, where consumer insights were always explored. After 20 years as a director of the agency, it was time to move on. Gino holds a keen interest in the areas of mediation, mindfulness, and corporate wellness retreats. In fact Gino has become a well known key note speaker for the corporate sector - often speaking around topics of Authentic Brand Evolution, Vulnerability, Leadership and Stillness as the secret weapon in creating excellent work and social cultures. Gino’s interest in the Financial Payments and Business Loan space comes from the reluctance of the major institutions to completely support merchants to expand their businesses.
