Established panel build business unit,build the production and technical team to support the production line, Staff training,Established organizational structure and process,plan and carry out with customer’s requirements,Control product quality and site management,Coordinate with sales and other department to accomplish the goal to customer satifaction,build the interal operation guide for workers and electrical designer.

In charge of the overseas project including commercial part, negociation or bidding and project execution,delivery technical to customer and electrical design,Analyse the technical docments and transfer the key part toproduction line and take care of quality control, FAT and site test with customer.Site training for customer and docments submission.

Cooperate with CELEC EP for the quality control on the electrical equipments of 500kV power transmission line with 600KM 500kV power line and 300km 230kV power line,11 pcs substations, pick out the defect during producing and FAT and requried the supplier to take care the particulars to improve the quality of equipments, Provide professional judgment and analysis to CELEC EP during the FAT process.

Worked as an electrical designer to accomplished more then 5 pcs 220kV substation and incharge of the technical department of IBU, Provide technical support for overseas sales and transfer the technical part to production line,communication with client for the technical part, take care the quality during producing, find out the defect during producing and FAT,Site installation guide and training, collect the feedback of customer and transfer to production line for improving.
