Responsible for hiring, process, and providing product support to deploy and operate in a fast growing operational environment, resulting in 960% increase in new sites deployed with 100% customer retention. Guided product strategy by influencing a more focused go-to-market plan via limited new market entry until product-market fit validated, set attainable OKR/KPIs, and educated a project-oriented global utility to a technology-oriented product culture.
