• Conceptualizes stories and narratives for commercial films, documentaries, product photography, and other client requirements and prepares pre-production briefs.• Communicates production needs such as actors with the casting manager and set design and props with the design team.• Prepares screenplay and storyboard for client’s approval and as a reference of the production and post-production team.• Oversees production shoots and acts as director and additional camera operator.

• Disposes bank's foreclosed Real Estate, Auto, and other property assets.• Carries out sales activities (e.g. site visits, branch visits, attending seminars, networking with real estate brokers, etc.) to advertise products and find prospective buyers.• Identifies each property's infirmities in terms of legal and physical, and its Title and Tax Declaration consolidation status.• Conducts due diligence on prospective buyers according to bank's, BSP's, and AMLC's policies and regulations.

• Develops the market for Heineken’s brands (Heineken, Tiger Black, Tiger Crystal Light, T-Ice, etc.) in the General Trade channel in Iloilo.• Negotiates with the owners of every outlet for product placement, merchandising placement, price compliance, and store activations.• Implements national promos and conceptualizes activations specifically per channel and per outlet.• Organizes events in partnership with LGUs and Distributors with the help of third-party service providers.

• Saturates prime lots in the provinces of Negros Occidental, Iloilo, and Rizal and conducts due diligence either through coordinating with the LGUs or neighboring properties to identify and be able to communicate with property owners.• Negotiates the pre-conditions of the site, franchise packages, and contract terms to the site/franchise applicant.• Maintains extensive account management of franchisee applicants throughout the acquisition process.• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of leads reports, monitoring templates and overall leads assessment gathered throughout the different leads-generating resources.

• Acts as a Project Manager in collaborating with all internal departments and external parties required to implement prioritized projects geared towards improving the retail business model specifically in the franchise business.• Implement and monitor the progress of both ongoing and new projects while identifying deviations from the project plan and areas for improvement.• Turn over the project to either franchise or retail teams for project closure.

• Inspects units after construction to identify areas for improvement or rectification prior to the initial client visit. • Coordinates with clients on the status of the construction of their property and other common areas.• Gather documents from each client for the transfer of title and tax declaration from the developer to the clients’.• Collects remaining payables upon turnover and assists in coordinating with banks for loans.• Communicates with clients through phone and written correspondences on the status of the construction of their property and common areas and other concerns or inquiries.
