- Responsible for the whole projects life cycle management and coordination in terms of requirement, schedule, product development, integration, validation and delivery compatible with the corporate process and CMM.- Monitor, communicate, and report the performance and progress of projects to core program manager. - Key coordinator among the internal actors (hardware, software, system validation, mechanical, quality, manufacturing and etc) to ensure on time delivery of the project in terms of reactivity, priority, quality and cost.- Key coordinator among external actors (chipset/middleware vendors, customer, CA integrator etc.) to ensure product on time delivery and fulfill customer/partner requirements.

- Mobile phone SW life cycle management: responsible for overall global product SW time to market lifecycle management. manage and coordinate SW platform and application integration, system testing, External type approval, customer acceptance, production release and SW maintenance, to achieve goal in terms of timing, SW requirement and quality.- SW customization management: Organize the customer or region specific requirement review and implementation plan. Manage additional SW package integration, testing and delivery. Project Experience: TM506: Sony Ericsson first launched product for T-Mobile US. Z780i: First product for AT&T US from China PBU.K630i: first product for Vodafone global from China PBU. Z770i: Global trade launched product, Work as product SW project manager. K550i/W630i: Product business unit China first-time made Cyber-shot and walkman product. Z530i/Z550i/Z558,Z530i is the Sony Ericsson China contributed first global launched product.

Transfer and Lead SW Release Management team setting up in China, Recruit and coach team member. Coordinate product SW release operation globally for factory production; Operator Acceptance, External Type Approval, product configuration and SW update release for Customer Service. Other Responsibilities meanwhile:- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system champion: Coordinate and conduct PLM system roll-out in China. - Third party application Coordinator: As per specific product content plan, Manage and coordinate 3rd party application delivery, implementation and acceptance test. - Mobile Service Global distribution technical support: Firmware OTA, Digital right management (DRM).
