My role required cross-team collaboration, problem-solving, and adapting logistics strategies to meet the needs of a fast-paced, large-scale renewable energy project.

Lead the PV MODULES logistics team, orchestrating the seamless reception, allocation, unloading, and staging of over 145,000 solar panels, considering space and road limitations on site. Additionally oversee the control, relocation, and management of damaged panels, as well as spare panels to ensure efficient operations.
