Assist the City Engineer in developing, reviewing and overseeing departmental goals, priorities and policies to accomplish the goals and objectives established by City Council and the City Manager. Coordinate, manage and interact with engineering consultants on studies, preliminary designs and construction services for water, sanitary sewer and storm water/drainage projects.
