About Gino Rocca

Coming from a background in RF IC design for mobile phones at NOKIA, I joined the MEMS Microphone business in 2003, as Analog ASIC Designer. Since 2005 I have been managing an important MEMS Microphone Project at at Sonion. Since May the 1st, 2009 I am leading the ASIC group of EPCOS in Denmark and as such responsible for all analog and digital MEMS microphone ASICs which have been developed (eight) and brought to production (three) so far.On the technical site, I am particularly interested in CMOS submicron technologies for low noise, low power analog designs.On the management side, I am interested in Risk Management, Realistic Planning, Knowledge Sharing and Motivation Theories.My goal is continuously improving my technical and management skills with the aim of making a difference in the company I am working for.Specialties: Project Management, cross-sites / international Team Management, QA and IC Design Flow, ASIC tape.outs, Analog ASIC Design, MEMS Microphone to ASIC interfaces.
