• Manage projects from scoping and budgeting phase through to deployment and acceptance then manage the on-going IT Operations once the projects reach Business As Usual (BAU) stage.
• Design, manage and enhance the client’s ICT Infrastructure and develop solutions and architectures based on technology trends to exploit new and emerging technologies.
• Manage onsite and offsite IT vendors to ensure that contractual obligations and service delivery are met.
• Dedicated Operations Manager and IT Consultant for client’s Asia-Pacific regional offices comprising of Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Mumbai, New Delhi, Sydney and Tokyo.
• Plan and protect IT Security for the organisation including management and closure of the annual IT Security Audit, assessing and applying IT Security Services, managing and responding to IT Security incidents.

• Manage IT operations and delivery of IT services to 3 Singapore Government Ministries and Agencies.
• Manage onsite support teams consisting of Network Engineers, System Engineers and Desktop Engineers for the aforementioned sites.
• Manage staffing, training and hiring of the IT Operations team.
• Work with internal and external teams to cater for Procurement, Transition and Migration.
• Executes deployment, transition and Migration of multiple projects.
