Emphasis was on transforming the target operating model (TOM) by:- Creating and implementing 'Global Standards' for AML investigations and Sanctions screening- Driving sprints on thematic issues such as high risk customer management and suspicious and unusual activities reporting, creating minimum viable models to pilot and refining these for global use.- Integrating automation technology in operations BAU, leveraging on tools as simple as scraping & keystroke macros for AS400 systems to more complex applications such as RPA (robotic process automation).- Working with individual country stewards and the global FCTM analytics team to conduct reviews for satellite sites and provide input on best practices for implementation. - Leveraging on ANZ's international hub footprint across APAC to form centers of excellence (COEs)

Charged with baselining and improving productivity and utilisation metrics through operational management, process improvement and automation levers. Generated AUD 2.7M worth of saves for the bank from various initiatives worked on from 2013-2014. Awarded the COO Take Charge and Standout Award for FY2013.
