The Best Practice Consultant will leverage their effective relationship building and knowledge of Lean principles to drive change and develop recommendations that will positively improve the Client experience.Maintains a close working relationship with key business partners including other Best Practice consultants and key stakeholders within the GRS Operations organization.Is a reliable resource and provides subject matter expertise in projects and other initiatives impacting GRS Operations.Leads and executes Continuous Improvement initiatives and process redesign activities across GRS OperationsResponsible for providing ongoing operational support to GRS Operations.

The KM Senior Specialist is responsible for all content and knowledge documentation required by Canadian Operations to ensure accurate execution of the work impacting both internal and external customers. The KM Senior Specialist also partners with other areas within the Enablement group (Training, Process, Quality and Analytics) to analyze continuous improvement opportunities regarding documentation, content organization and its impacts to the end user with productivity and accuracy. They also review and sign off on training materials (such as job aides) which are used to deliver training to the Canadian Operations teams to ensure the content is accurate.The documentation responsibilities include creating, editing, proofreading, publishing and maintaining written content stored on databases, wiki, SharePoint, and the Source. This role also creates content for identified huddle/communication topics for Operations to ensure consistency in messages. The Knowledge Management Senior Specialist responsibilities include the timely and accurate processing and posting of knowledge update requests received from in-boxes, Managers, Team Leads, Training and Quality and Continuous Improvement teams. The Knowledge Management team is instrumental in executing the Knowledge Management strategy for Canadian Operations. They follow outlined best practices for documentation and the organization of content for end users.
