I currently study at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Prior to enrolling at Clemson, I successfully graduated in the top 3% of my class at Marshfield High School in 2021. Throughout my high school years, I dedicated considerable time to engaging in community service activities, accumulating well over one thousand hours of community service across a diverse range of focuses. One particular cause that has deeply resonated with me is rare disease advocacy. This passion has permeated my identity, and I am steadfastly committed to assisting individuals facing these conditions by any means possible. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact and offer support to all those affected by rare diseases, utilizing the resources available to help improve their situations.I now look towards taking my skills to the biotech industry, where I plan to combine my technological knowledge with my medical knowledge and hone these skills to the fullest extent of my ability. Having passed a significant piece of healthcare legislation into law, as well as advocating at my State House and for a number of newspapers and broadcasts, I want to continue making as much of an impact as possible, and I believe that when using the skills I have developed in the programming and technology industry in conjunction with all of the expertise I have gained in the medical field, I can effectively work towards this goal in my ongoing and future endeavors.
