I coordinated a full evolution of technical, process, policy and personnel issues to improve results by several orders of magnitude, resulting in a "Product Integrity" framework that has become an industry-leading standard - doing so without explicit authorization or planning, but simply because it was the best solution.4) Honeycomb created the category of "observability" for modern software production systems. I helped grow the company from "garage stage" to a steadily growing business that is now leading the devops industry in the category.5) ... ?
