Emirates Network Control Centre

• Proactively managing dnata's presence in the Emirates Airline Network Control Centre, on a shift basis to ensure that service levels are delivered to Emirates that meet the Service level agreement.• Responsible to execute the dnata-EK agreed plan of operations, by proactively monitoring critical flights, identifying operational variance and implementing recovery measures in close co-ordination with Emirates hub control and service delivery teams.• Promote clear understanding of the costs of shift operations and influence and communicate where appropriate to ensure that man-hours per aircraft turnaround and cost, key performance indicators are met.• Develop and maintain excellent relationships and open communication with all stakeholders including internal and external airport departments such as Emirates VP Network Operations, Flight dispatch, Engineering, Sky cargo, DA, group safety and security, Airport police.• Critical interface with Emirates during periods of irregular operation at Dubai Airports as the voice of dnata. Prioritization of available dnata resources in close co-ordination with allocation center, to meet revised Emirates schedule.• Investigate reoccurring service failures on Emirates flights and provide workable solutions to business units. On shift, take immediate action to rectify irregular operations through the deployment of staff and equipment and the formulation of recovery plans.

Dubai International Airport

• Ensuring safe on-time departure of the flight by proactively supervising and co-ordinate the complete aircraft turnaround, seeking out potential problems prior to any impact or disruption which effects the Precision Timing Schedule.• Monitoring the ground handling activity on a flight to achieve a safe and timely flight operation and also ensure maximum revenue uplift that meets the customer airlines requirements.• Collaborate with various stakeholders, to achieve a safe, legal and punctual departure while ensuring the highest possible level of customer services delivered to the customer airlines.• Coaching, motivating and guiding the team with professional knowledge, integrity, good interpersonal skill and effective communication.

Dnata Operation Control Centre

• Control the ground handling activity on a flight to achieve a safe and timely flight operation that meets the customer airline's requirements.• Serve as a focal co-ordination point for customer airlines and service delivery teams for flight handling related information, and for the maintenance of flight movement times.• Accountable to ensure that the airport aircraft stand/gate utilization is effectively optimized and planned to meet the interest of Emirates and dnata operations.• Accountable to ensure that an efficient aircraft towing program is planned and effectively executed to optimize concourse allocation of aircraft's.• Co-ordinate the emergency response on the affected flights by seeking, compiling and disseminating information to and from service delivery teams and customer airline.• Monitor the radar track and VHF frequency by ascertaining each flight signal and establishing flights arriving and departing from Dubai.

Dnata Control Centre

• Being a focal point between dnata airport operations and external stakeholders to ensure that flight related information Radar Watch, Stand monitoring and Flight Monitoring and monitored and handled facilitating customer’s requirements.• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies and procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.• Monitors Radar track for each flight to update the system with short-finals/on hold status. Identifies flight diverting into or out of Dubai International Airport and alert all the areas of airport operations.• Monitoring RTC stand monitoring system to identity critical stands and providing necessary flight updates to Dubai Airports.• Allocates and monitors remote gates to ensure that the airlines requirements are met.• Monitors all telexes received, actions them correctly and informs concerned stakeholders.

Dubai International Airport

• Provide at most customer services and related activities at check-in, boarding gates, transfer desk and VIP terminal as the first point of contact for passengers.• Handling diverted flights in the absence of airline.• Assisting quick transfer passengers with the most suitable and cost effective connections.• Worked as a dedicated staff for Lufthansa, British Airways and Singapore Airlines.
