• I was the primary negotiator and designer for Walgreens for the Avaya VoiceOverIP solution. Organized a pseudo RFP process so Walgreens got the best price and best solution. Quotes ranged from $300,000 to $165,000. I.
• Developed a business case to have Witness Contact Store and Witness Quality servers hosted in Halifax. This avoided Walgreens an annual network expense of $100,000 per year.
• The Halifax IT team created business cases that will save Walgreens $100,000 per year after the return on investment is completed. The cost saving projects are terminal server, audio conference server, video.
