I was able to negotiate $34,000 in savings for Walgreens in final negotiations with our Avaya vendor, SourceOne.• Developed a business case to have Witness Contact Store and Witness Quality servers hosted in Halifax. This avoided Walgreens an annual network expense of $100,000 per year.• The Halifax IT team created business cases that will save Walgreens $100,000 per year after the return on investment is completed. The cost saving projects are terminal server, audio conference server, video conferencing, outsourcing fax services, and IP phones in Ferndale, WA.
