Leading a development team around 20 people to support multiple clients and pipelines. Job duty are mainly but not limit to following:1. Project management: planning and overseeing all the financial reporting projects within Hengtian BlueDoor account, from the initial ideation through to completion. Coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.2. Delivery manager: providing leadership and direction in the planning and delivery of all projects to ensure the business unit meets its service delivery targets.3.Scrum Master: keeping the Scrum team moving, and continuously reporting on developments, celebrating successes, and defining, understanding and resolving roadblocks for the development team.

Facilitating Sprint Scrum events (stand up, planning, grooming, retrospective), helping the scrum team to remove any impediment or directing obstacles to appropriate owners for quick resolutionBeing the team representative to attend the project/product management meeting to discuss the future road map, project/product release schedule and to present demoAssisting product manager to make business decisions as the subject matter expert, coordinate the user acceptance test with other OEM and DMS system. providing technical support to the vendor and stakeholder

Defining business requirements for incoming projects to assist in the resolution of problems to meet the needs of the project Creating testing plans based on the specifications, writing and executing testing cases to ensure the project meets end user or third party standardsCommunicating across different departments to get issues approved, arranging implantation schedule and performing UAT and regression testing on live serverFollowing up the performance of the project, establishing documentation stardards and support processProviding immediate response to any system question incoming, troubleshooting and reproducing system bugs, contacting the clients to perform live online

Analyzing the incoming projects' business requirements and building the testing strategies, writing and executing the testing cases, providing feedbacks on both business and technical issues Supporting and testing variety type of issues including designing new platform UI, changing database query and adding new functionality to the serverCommunicating among different departments to ensure different projects meeting their development deadlines
