Fast forward a few months I've been nominated as the top-seller in several different companies. I was making more than 99% of people my age (and older too). But I still felt like something was missing...The hoops I had to go through to get someone on the phone drained my energy. And this instability had a serious impact on my mental health that reflected in my results too.So I decided to combine all my past knowledge, get a small team of 5 salespeople, and follow the new process that I now call the "Personalized Outbound Matrix."In 5 months, we've closed over $100,000 worth of deals by following this framework.And all we did was leverage something that all the other companies overlooked...Cold Emails.That's right. They sent emails to warm leads but completely neglected the cold ones.So instead of making my team members make 200+ cold calls every day, I sent 500-1000 daily emails to the relevant prospects.This led to my closers spending their time speaking with qualified leads while I did the prospecting.Our pipeline started to fill up proportionally to the number of emails we sent.The fact that we've closed around 100k worth of deals was possible because of 2 reasons:1. There was a person (me) fully responsible for generating high-quality leads.2. There was a person (my team) fully responsible for closing the deal.This proof of concept made me pivot into founding a performance-based lead-generation agency.Now we help B2B businesses build and run the prospecting system on their behalf.So that they can fix their lead flow, stop relying on referrals, and grow their monthly pipeline.
