-Oversees the creation and implementation of various quality control indicators, operational tools, and training workshops for teachers and head teachers in order to improve performance and better streamline center operations.-Leads a team of between 2-5 Area Managers, whom leads their own teams of 10-15 Head Teachers. Head Teachers in education centers lead their own teams of between 3-15 teachers.- Delivers quarterly performance reviews, compiling data to produce a detailed and accurate analysis of Area Manager performance, providing constructive feedback and setting professional goals in line with business objectives. - Facilitates weekly goal setting meetings, focused on company rebranding and growth strategy. Generates innovative ideas and steps for implementation which contributed to the successful opening of over 100 language centers within a 3 year period. - Supports team to design a wide range of L&D workshops, including Effective Feedback, Cultural Awareness, & Business Acumen for continuous management training.

Saigon

-Oversaw the educational startup company of Apax Leaders that would eventually be 50 centers across 10 cities in the Southern Region of Vietnam.-Created the foundations of all processes and procedures that would continue to be used to this day for Daily Center Operations, KPI, Quality Control Measurements, L&D Training and Workshops, and Organizational Tools.-Trained the initial 50-100 teachers and 10-15 head teachers that would come to be employed during the startup phases of Apax Leaders.-Facilitated the Grand Openings of up to 50 centers overseeing the quality control of teachers and providing feedback in order to maximize growth by delivering effective demos to new potential customers.

Korea

- Coached staff to improve their Class Quality, providing feedback following class observations deploying a motivating, self-reflective approach to guide them to identify their areas for improvement and enable them to find personalized solutions for further development.- In addition to the Head Instructor role, I also was a part of the Initial Training Center for over 4 years training new teachers, preparing them for their first day in the classroom.- In addition to the Head Instructor and Initial Training roles, I was also apart of various task force teams to aid in the development of various programs including Economics, Debate, Literature, and various levels of English Acquisition.
