Current- Principal Architect and has over-all responsibility for Leadership and Strategic management on creative sourcing, design development and project management.- Responsible for implementation of Digital Building Technologies and Processes - Building Information Modeling/Management (BIM) Consulting and implementation.-Provide direction to business development in the areas of Project Development, BIM, Architectural Design Documentation and Construction Implementation and Management-Oversee day-to-day operations and leads the teams for Multi-disciplinary BIM projects including coordinating different aspects of technical requirements (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-protection, Data & Auxiliary)-Works with company partners and affiliates in developing project recommendations for Local Government Unit clients and partners.-Works with company partners in identifying and recommending project opportunities in various industry sectors and oversees the initiative from conceptualization, feasibility analysis, attracting investments, design and engineering development, selection of project execution partners, and project delivery support.-Leads and develops the research, development, education and advocacy of progressive technology and processes for the enhancement of company capabilities and personnel growth.-Represents company in advocating BIM to ASEAN markets.-Conducted successful BIM training and adoption on Architecture, Structural & MEPF platforms several major Philippine companies among which are: Makati Development Corporation (MDC); WSP Philippines; Camella Condo Homes; Casas Architects; Megawide Construction Corporation
