- Check and follow up with external suppliers on production progresses;- Plan shoe production over the medium/long term basing on supplier workloads; - Launch, control and monitoring the orders on management system;- Filling up the system with prices;- Coordinate advancement activities with product manager, design office, finance and administration;- Monitor weekly progresses of the production focusing on the respect of the quality expected and deadlines;- Manage relations with suppliers and support them to solve production issues;- Gather datas and filling in reports finalized to production analysis and reports ensuring the achievement of KPI’s monitor production planning.

- PO management, prototypes, samples and excess stock.- Management of the relationships with the external suppliers checking and following up the production progresses. - Collaboration with all internal teams involved in the Product Development Process in order to guarantee the scheduled dates.- Scheduling of workloads: production capacities, lead time, feasibility analysis and planning of deadlines. - Provide complete information on costing and technical data filling up the system.

• Process, monitor and follow up all the customers orders providing all the information needed (quote amounts, stock availability etc).• Deal and ensure proper feedback to telephone and email enquires by handling incoming and outgoing communication.• Plan, schedule and manage clients appointments (booking hotel, taxi etc).• Manage and quickly resolve customer service issues ensuring high customer satisfaction.• International invoicing process, credit recovery support, management of payments.• Liaise and negotiate with shipping company (quotation, delivery time and custom paperwork), and work to improve the efficiency of the company’s supply chain.
