His Cycling background helps lay the foundation for proper Indoor Cycling routine and bring an energy and passion for cycling like few others. “No, I can’t, that’s too hard,” does not exist in his classes.Having competed in many arenas of fitness, from Body Building shows, Aerobic Competitions, Power Lifting and other fitness related events and been a thrill.Avid cyclist who has competed in Mountain/Road Bike Racing, Triathlons, Adventure Racing and Running. My love love for outdoor fitness and activities is very strong.Giovanni has also trained many athletes from professional athletes and amateur sports, from the NFL, NBA, NCCA, baseball, golf, and tennis. Training clients have also included celebrities from film, television and music industry throughout his fitness career.
