With over 20 years of travel, Gio has been collecting rituals, sounds, and practices from around the world and is directly connected to ancient traditions. He has been leading and teaching retreats globally connecting ancient modalities and practices to the modern lifestyle. Gio is a certified meditation instructor and one of only a handful Israelis to be ever initiated as a Sema-Zen in the Mevlevi Sufi order and declared as Mohib (friend) of the Nur-Ashki Sufi order. He is the former Vice President of Midburn in the Middle East (Burning Man’s largest regional event in the world), The founder of the Middle East Essentials sound series on Splice.com, travels the world as a DJ, and is the Co-founder of Frequency, a New York based company creating immersive experiences that raise human consciousness where Gio works closely with leading world teachers & wisdom keepers.
