Freelance Professional, Entrepreneur, Trainer, I worked for 20 years as a Manager in one of the first Italian companies of the Internet era that over the years has grown to become one of the most important IT companies in Italy, a multinational corporation listed on the stock exchange. Now I offer companies and professionals my expertise on the main CRM platforms, in particular SalesForce, the experience gained as a Manager of Processes and People and the skills I developed through my training as a Facilitator, Trainer and Coach.Recently I have been working as Project Manager of complex and interdisciplinary projects and teams also at international level, managing both important web projects for external customers and internal change management projects for the creation of new products or services or the adoption of new processes and flows with the use of innovative models and tools.I participated in the project to introduce the concepts of Agile approaches in business processes especially in the management of internal Web Agency projects.Finally, I directed the project to adopt SalesForce as a single CRM for Sales and Customer Care for Italy, France, Spain and Portugal and managed the system as Administrator providing training to over 120 in-house users.I have a degree in Architecture, and passion led me to acquire very wide skills in computer science. Throughout my professional career, my great professional curiosity and a very wide range of technical and managerial skills has allowed me to better manage opportunities for change. I am considered a person with significant ability in data analysis and in the design and management of complex processes and flows and an excellent propensity to problem solving. I have also acquired extensive experience in managing teams, including interdisciplinary teams, strengthening leadership, empathy and interpersonal communication skills and specialist coaching skills.
