.Net Developer
• Lead a web development team, guiding multiple developers in their respective projects• Generate entity relationship diagrams and workflows for new projects• Conduct client meetings to gather suggestions and requirements• Facilitate and organize daily stand-up meetings with team members• Perform alpha tests on completed projects by team members to ensure smooth process flow and minimize fixes during QA• Develop, maintain, and continually improve a variety of web tools and mobile applications in the role• Serve both VXI's internal operations and external interactions through the created software solutions• Utilize the .NET framework to build web components, including Web API and MVC• Worked with seamless and efficient data exchange, user experiences, and organizational workflows• Engage in the initial creation of web systems and ongoing enhancement and optimization• Ensure the effectiveness, reliability, and alignment of software solutions with the evolving needs of VXI and its stakeholders
