I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, which gave me a deep understanding of various therapeutic recreational models designed to enhance people’s quality of life.Driven by a passion for using recreation and activity-based interventions to meet individuals' unique needs, I envision a world where our social environment—not barriers—defines our ability to fully engage in leisure pursuits. I am particularly interested in expanding my knowledge of wilderness therapy and exploring ways to make the natural world more accessible to everyone!
