Recruited to create a new digital strategy setting brand presence and tone on social media while developing a new E-commerce for Europe and North America. Responsibilities were subsequently extended to the entire marketing strategy of the group including overseeing creative, branding and retail and VM strategies. Responsibilities included organising the regular catwalks in Paris, London and Milan and other additional major events in Asia (Tokyo, Beijing, Taipei, Seoul) Oceania (Sydney) and North America ( LA, NYC). Partnerships included global deals with Estee Lauder, DHL, VISA, Virgin Atlantic, Disney, Yoox, Net A porter, the British Government and the United Nations. Responsible for Vivienne’s personal projects, humans right and environmental campaigns.Overall responsibilities included but not limited to:¥ Development of online marketing strategy and its implementation¥ .¥ Creation of brand social media strategy and its implementation.¥ Managing e-commerce operations, IT and logistic - Creation and implementation of two e-commerce platforms¥ Liaising with the Creative Director and Vivienne Westwood on brand identity and contents development¥ Responsible for the coordination of the overall global marketing and retail structure, between the HQ in London (15 people on three levels) the shops and teams abroad: Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul, Shanghai, HK, Beirut, Milan, Paris and LA.¥ Managing the retail marketing activity below and above the line, including promotions and sales.¥ Media plan and media liaison.¥ Coordinating press teams and create press strategy¥ Creation and implementation of partnerships¥ Responsible for the organisation of all events: fashion shows, exhibitions and retail events at a global level.¥ Spokeperson for the sustainability agenda
