Graduated in IT Management, I had my first experience in a large company at Editora Alto Astral, being part of the technological expansion, implementing new technologies, focusing on the Apple platform. I also analyzed all the processes in each sector, pointing out improvements, practically being a trainee. After 7 years I left the company to be part of the Instituto de Ensino D'Incao. As an IT Manager, I had the opportunity to implement all the technology and training, and be recognized as the first school in Latin America to be 100% Apple. After 5 years, I decided to take a risk and started my entrepreneurial journey at CaseStore®. Creator of the brand and responsible for the Growth Strategies, I innovated and created an agile service and assistance process, pioneer for the time. Achieving a growth of 800% in 3 years with frank expansion. As everything has a price, I paid with my mental health and decided to sell to pivot my career. On my last journey I realized that MKT and sales were always distant, so I saw an opportunity to innovate again and created Moubi, a Marketing and Sales consultancy. I ended up specializing in Growth Hacking and CRM, bringing customers a new way to communicate and sell online. It worked out very well and we niched our business for the socio-environmental. After 2 years at Moubi, I accepted a proposal to be the Guardian of the Processes of 5 Startups at TMNH Holding, to build something amazing in the Forest 4.0 segment. In this role, my responsibility was to implement processes, redesign, configure, customize and elaborate functional specifications, as well as lead and coordinate teams supporting the solutions. Using agile scrum methodology and hacking specific processes for each phase of the business. Raising technological requirements, human resources and processes for tasks and deliverables at all operational levels.
