Zadspace developed a SaaS-based platform that allows retailers to deliver data rich messages on the outside of their DtC packages. ZS created and deployed this new direct marketing medium in various scaled enviorments and holds seven patents for its various inventions.

The Cinema Circle licenses and produces original film content and distributes it directly to consumers in a monthly continuity club. Mr. Giordano employed a variety of initiatives including: long form radio, affiliate, native/other digital techniques and direct mail to grow club membership. Together with the SC team he also re-engineered the operational and CRM reporting structure of the company. Mr. Giordano was CEO when SC was acquired by Gaiam, Inc. (NASDAQ:GAIA).

Media Solution Services was a scaled and aggregated group of Media and Marketing Service companies. Mr. Giordano was responsible for the consolidation, integration and growth of these various companies for the Havas (NASDAQ:HAVS) group of companies. These companies focused on data analytics, direct response media (digital & traditional) and various DtC metrics and reporting platforms.

MSG is an integrated Marketing and Media Service company that during Mr. Giordano's tenure marketed a broad array of well-known products directly to consumers using TV, Web, Direct Mail, Credit Card Inserts, Package Inserts, Catalogs and other digital and traditional channels. These programs and products were both "single shots" and Continuity Clubs, including: Proactive, Total Gym, Tony Robbins Personal Powel, Richard Simmons Fitness, Thighmaster, and many others. Each year MSG would test market more than 80 different product and services.MSG is vertically integrated overseeing all aspects of product sourcing, media purchasing, fulfillment and customer service. Manhattan Response Group was MSG's wholly owned Media Agency which, at various times, serviced 75 national clients across a broad spectrum of Measured Media platforms. In 1999 Mr. Giordano engineered the acquisition of MSG by Snyder Communications (NYSE:SNC). During Mr. Giordano's tenure the company had grown from $5M to more than $125M in revenue.
