During this period, with the aim of digitizing a core business services, I managed all the necessary steps to realize an online services delivered through the Internet.I have been a freelance from 2007 to 2015 and I supported many clients in ICT integration projects, business development, project management and reorganization of internal processes with reference at standards ISO9xxx and ITIL.For two years from 2006 to 2007, as an employee, I worked in Brain Force as Technical Account Manager and Business Developer Senior on Microsoft infrastructure solutions in sectors Transport, Financial, Public Administration. The role encompassed business development and the technical management including: business development, presales presentations to C-level management, solution design/dimensioning and pricing, Sales & Bid Management of formal client RFPs, P&L preparation, sub-contractor pricing negotiations, pricing strategy, end-to-end solution responsibility, portfolio and value proposition definition, partners management, competence development, etc.Prior to joining to Brain Force, I worked for six years in Alitalia (2000-2006): First as System Engineer and then as Postmaster/Project Manager. I'm graduated from high school in Electronics and Telecommunications (1998) and I attended several courses of specialization in ICT, ITIL, Business Development and English.I am proactive, committed and work with strong motivation and business passion.
