Folklore Product Chapter is a free, immersive program for experienced product managers who would like to build and scale legendary products. Members will develop an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of working in a startup environment; and be equipped with the skills, mindset and network they need to lead product management at a startup.

The Startmate Product Fellowship is a 7-week program to develop our core product fundamentals, run by some of the best product managers across ANZ alongside a supportive cohort of product curious peers. - Collecting customer and team feedback process and product improvement/viability decisions- Researching and implementing new systems for the team and customers- Cross-team collaboration to improve processes and systems- Quality assurance for the ClassBento website- Implementing widgets on teachers' websites- Product and process documentation for customers and team- Running global team training sessions

Fishburners is a not-for-profit dedicated to creating highly scalable Australian tech startups, through inspiration, collection, and connection to support. Starting at Fishburners in 2015 with 200 members, I helped grow Fishburners to a capacity of over 850 members in multiple locations. As Operations Manager I wore a lot of hats and was always happy to pitch in when the team needs help or encouragement. Some of the main areas I worked on are below. - Managed operational budgets, worked with CEO and Finance Manager to create yearly organizational budgets and prepare monthly financial statements for the Board.- Hired, trained, managed and empowered the operations team to exceed organizational goals.- Managed the HR including payroll, onboarding, and strategies to enhance a positive team culture.- Led and project managed multiple space fit outs including the largest startup event space in Australia. Ensured fit-out maximized ROI and utility of the space; budget management, space design, project team management, external stakeholder management and local/state compliance. Actively reported to the CEO and Board on expansion progress updates.- Product managed the creation of a new product line (Startup Insurance). - Oversaw all business operations and developed strategies to optimize quality and efficiency. Business operations included customer experience, systems/processes, company compliance, IT, security, privacy, cleaning, and food & beverage.- Managed relationships with partners to ensure their needs were met.

Company secretary duties for the Fishburners Board of Director, which includes: - Facilitating the removal and addition of board members. - Coordinating timely completion and dispatch of board papers. - Ensure accurate minutes of meetings are recorded and distributed. - Reporting on the constitution as needed. - Scheduling board meetings. - Ensure board duties are carried out and manage board action items.

- Member account management for over 250 members.- Assisting the events manager with event execution including community-specific activities, sponsorship events, meetups, and paid events. - Front of house reception work for members and externals. - Managing member expectations during our office relocation. - Coordinating a new office fit out and make good on the previous office. - Managing the office coordinator, cleaners and contractors. - Bookkeeping including invoicing, reconciliation of monthly accounts and managing Xero. - Operations budget management. - Daily management of the office, including walkthroughs, WH&S compliance checks.
