My role allows me to develop the project from the beginning (brief, strategy analysis, client-user needs, new concept, new product requirements, etc) preparing the first draft by hand, render, presentations and product mock-ups.I develop 3Dfiles of aesthetic and functional parts keeping in mind the industrial and technical requisites.During the production phase I collaborate with national and international suppliers for the best final result.I was responsible for understanding and translating into drawings/projects the input of the Marketing Dept. for both worldwide products and customized projects based on specific countries’ needs. My role was to be involved directly in product development, from the brainstorming phase up to production.I worked very closely with all the people involved in the project to analyze step by step how the design solutions impacted on cost, technical feasibility, timing and marketing requirements to guarantee a good compromise. I followed the rapid prototyping process in order to present the final mock-up for their meetings with customers.I have direct relationships with manufacturers in China and Europe.I’m specialized in Alias Studio softwareI have developed a deep knowledge of the application and usage of plastic and metal material. The main product areas where I’ve been focused are: heating products, cooking products, small appliances.
