  Up until now, I've had the opportunity to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles across all seniority levels. Recruitment Responsibilities: • Utilizing LinkedIn (boolean search) and social media channels for sourcing, contacting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, providing detailed feedback post-interviews; liaising directly with Project Managers, Developers, C-level colleagues, and clients to schedule technical and final discussions, and collecting feedback thereafter • Maintaining close communication with candidates throughout the process, as well as with the recruitment agency • Crafting job offer letters, negotiating terms, and collecting the necessary documents for contracts and background screening processes • Creating recruitment materials such as job descriptions, job postings, recruitment trackers, updating KPIs, and databases
