That quote is very representative of my career...★ Started my first job as a consultant while still at uni guided by my passion for infinity learning★ Been working in startup scene since 2012 (loved it since!) where my responsibility was to develop a go-to-market strategy for a fashion startup★ Moved to Glasgow and lived with a Scottish family to improve my English before my Master’s graduation (Sounds strange but it worked!)★ In 2014, I joined Unindustria to satisfy my finance mindset. I was conducting finance evaluations of top firms, helping CEOs to analyse problems★ With no fear and an open heart, I moved to London and joined a startup. Pulling up my sleeves and contributing to the business growth, I became the Community and Marketing Manager ★ I’ve built London Startup Marketing (with 3.7K+ members) because I wanted to help startups to learn more about marketing. ★ In 2016, I joined InMotion (Jaguar Land Rover CVC). Since then I’ve hired talent in 3 continents and connected many investors and startups. ★ I love yoga so I’ve created a community of yoga lovers, Urban Retreat Collective. I organised retreats in London. It’s all about time management, focus and passion! ★ In 2019, I decided to move back to Italy and I joined GELLIFY as Product Community Manager.
